Hispanic Internet
Usage - Based on 2005 reporting, The U.S
Hispanic internet market exceeded 15.7 million users.
"Digital Divide" No Mas!. Hispanic internet users
are young and maintain that bilingual, bicultural
flavor. At school, work or the park, English can
dominate. Once home, they live the rich Latino culture.
Internet usage has similarities. When dad says, "I
wonder of the Yankees won" - the child surfs the web for
him in Spanish. Keyword "Beisbol"

e-Mail Tactics - E-mail has quickly become
a standard and the Internet’s most popular marketing
application. Below are the details of its complexity.
It's important to understand the various forms and
tactics in email marketing. E-mail marketing can use
a variety of tactics – including offers, coupons,
contests, newsletters and other value-added links and
information. Those tactics can
basically be divided into two types – permission-based
marketing and spam.
Permission-based e-mails
are those messages that users have requested. This can
take the form of newsletters, or a checkbox in the
registration process on various web sites giving the
marketer permission to deliver product updates or other
marketing information.
Spam
is the electronic equivalent
of junk mail or that annoying telemarketing call during
dinner. It is unsolicited and unwanted. Unfortunately
for consumers, today spam represents 10% of all e-mail.
In response to this invasion, e-mail users have created
inbox filters and dummy e-mail addresses.
